On Friday 29 I got an E-Mail saying that my Optimus will ship on March 6.
Today I got an E-Mail saying that it will ship after March 20. I asked what after March 20 means. How long after March 20.
But I got no answer. I hope they will answer tomorrow.

You know, I was really rather quite patient about the Optimus Maximus... that was until I recieved the e-mail confirming that it's on its way... now I can't wait.... :shock:

Here's the crap they sent me!! You have to start at the bottom for any of it to make sense.
TAKE NOTICE OF THE DATES... the seem to be in their OWN time zone! One would think that for my $1700
I could get REAL answers to a Real Question. Not some B#$&*@ response days later with 0 information!!

i can agree with ya there editor58, I got the same email about it being shipped and i responded in pretty much the same way but to this day i've had no reply. I've put it to 'they must be busy' but to be honest that is not excuse not to respond to customers that paid nearly a year ago for the keyboard.

Am gonna chill on it for a bit longer, give them a week or so. I couldnt agree with you more on 'Once apple sort theirs' am afraid Art and Co. are up against a company that can supply customer demand. SHIT if apple brought theirs out 2morro tbh i will be askin for a refund and be queing for an apple, and i hate apple, i wont anyone who lives in this household own an ipod :P

Mine is now showing as being shipped from Hong Kong,
I also got a shipping confirmation e-mail from the "store".

Now we have to hope they stay on top of their software
and programming. I really don't want to program or design
keys. Especially for sound editing or the AVID.
Sound Forge key commands would be nice.

Is their a tutorial about how to design and assign
keys to commands and layer them into a program
when it opens?
