Re: Standard layouts (.tiff format)
After a DEEP investigation on what seems to be a problem for SOME and a simple thing for OTHERS, I found the following (google: TIFF Internet Explorer):
Open TIF Images with Internet Explorer (All Windows)- When you click a link to download a Tagged Information File Format (TIFF) image from a Web site, the Open button in the File Download dialog box may be disabled. This tweak allows you to open the file using Internet Explorer.
- Open your registry and find the key [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.tif]. Change the value of "(Default)" to the data below for your Windows version.
"Imaging.Document" for Windows 2000, 98, Me and XP
"WangImage.Document" for Windows 95 and NT.
- Repeat the change under the [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.tiff] sub-key.
- Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
Hope this helps... I did not complete the above procedure to confirm yet, but I'm confident it will work... My key was empty !!!

BTW: The ZIP file seems corrupted too...
